Senior HVAC Engineer

Senior HVAC Engineer
RESPONSIBILITES:
Ø Development of HVAC schematics, HVAC Control Narratives and participation in building service layouts.
Ø Perform HVAC design calculations.
Ø Equipment selection and sizing; and preparation of equipment data sheets for HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing and Drainage.
Ø Application of knowledge of North American codes, regulations and standards such as NFPA, ASHRAE standards, Building Codes, API/ANSI codes, CSA/CAN Natural Gas and Propane Codes etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ø A degree in mechanical engineering with P. Eng. designation
Ø 15 years of North American experience in industrial projects (oil and gas, heavy industry, chemical etc.)
Ø Enhanced interpersonal, motivational and communication skills to work effectively in team a environment
Ø Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ø Previous experience in leadership positions will be an asset
