HVAC Outside Sale Representative

Job Overview:
The Outside Sales Representative, HVAC, is responsible for achieving and surpassing sales goals within assigned territory through business activities such as sales and marketing programs, identification of new key accounts and developing and maintaining business relations with customers.
Main Functions:
•Understands and helps with our sales and marketing initiatives for their market area.
•Develops professional relationships with customers to foster customer loyalty and grow assigned account sales.
•Develop and maintain both new and existing business with the intent of growing both sales and gross margins.
•Work well with others in our organization to achieve our sales goals.
•Communicate market pricing, customer needs, and competitor information and service.
•Ensure ongoing account development.
•Effectively sell our "Brand".
•Promote our Guarantee Program.
•Identify new sales prospects.
•Coordinate company staff to close sales.
•Identify and resolve customers concerns.
•Ability to influence sales.
•Help assist internally when required.
•Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
•3 plus years HVAC Industry experience in sales.
•Self-motivated and have the ability to find work and pursue opportunities on your own.
•Solid Heating sales experience.
•Plumbing knowledge is an asset.
•Experience with Trend an advantage.
•Strong computer skills, (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook).
•Must be well organized, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure.
•Sales plan development including financing, spec. development, estimating, and presentation, closing the sale and follow up.
•Outstanding interpersonal skills.
•Excellent presentation skills.
•Team oriented and comfortable selling in a team environment.
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
