Are you self-motivated and looking for an opportunity to make money? Currently seeking an outgoing Maintenance Sales Representative with a proven track record to join a growing team in the HVAC industry. This position will involve selling commercial maintenance contracts to new and existing clients, making educated cold calls, following up on leads and referrals and qualifying prospects, booking sales appointments, preparing quotes and sales presentations, appraise and survey mechanical systems to determine and recommend the best maintenance requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years sales experience in the HVAC industry, a proven sales track record, the drive to succeed, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
