HVAC Technician
at Brown's Home Heating and A/C in GTA
Eligible candidates will possess a valid G1 or G2 gas technician licence. Preference will be given to those who possess a refrigeration licence in addition to a G1 or G2; not required. A valid driver’s licence with clean driving abstract is required.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience installing HVAC systems, basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and assembly is an asset. All installations must be to TSSA codes.
Duties may include but are not limited to; installation of mid and high efficiency gas furnaces, installation of natural gas fireplaces, installation of central air conditioners, installation of water heaters, trouble shooting, assembly and installation of mantels, sheet metal fabrication and installation, water and gas pipe sizing, heat loss/gain calculations, installation of ductwork, and basic installation of gas lines. Hydronics experience an asset.
