Project Manager - HVAC (#22435)
Our client is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for:
. Managing projects in a fast paced environment
. Visiting Construction sites to monitor progress and understand clients' needs (5% of the time)
. Manage an average of 50 - 80 Projects, Tasks or Orders with varied life expectancies
. Perform the 2 facets that this job requires - Technical and Administrative
Qualifications:
. Mechanical Engineering university degree or Technologist Diploma
. 5+ years of experience in managing multiple projects at a time.
. Experience with custom products for the Building Services or HVAC industry or Sheet Metal manufacturing or Building Component manufacturing industries.
. Familiarity with Vibration Isolation, Seismic Restraints, ducting layout, sheet metal products and enclosures, anti-noise products is a great asset.
. Familiarity with equipment drawings - AutoCAD
