BILINGUAL (FRENCH/ENGLISH) HVAC INSIDE SALES TECHNICAL SUPPORT
The core responsibility of this position entails Technical Support for damper actuators and control valve assemblies. Our product line encompasses a range of products including spring return and non spring return damper actuation, industrial actuation, VAV applications, control valves including butterfly valves, ball valves, globe valves and retro fit kits for adapting actuation to existing applications.
Qualifications require experience and knowledge in the HVAC industry or related technical/electro-mechanical experience, standard business practices related to customer service and order fulfilment. Candidate must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products (min Excel, Word). Experience in SAP or other ERP software a plus. This is a desk-intensive position with breaks in the routine to teach/learn about the product line to customers/employees.
The Technical Support/Inside Sales Representative will be a primary contact between our client and customers about technical questions, quotes, and applications. The Technical Support role is focused on providing solutions via phone to customers. The primary aspects of the Technical Support role include assisting customers in the process of sizing and selection of product, quote generation and troubleshooting field problems.
